When does the sale start and how long will it last?
Bee Inspired Cyber Week - Sunday 24th - Monday 2nd December

Black Friday Collection - Launching on site Thursday 28th November
We'll be dropping an exclusive Black Friday Collection which will be limited edition so only a select number of you will be able to get your hands on it.
The Black Friday Collection will be launching on Thursday 28th November at 16:00 GMT - if you've signed up to our emails or app you'll get a notification and an exclusive Black Friday treat. Keep an eye on our socials for more sneak previews of the collection, it’s better and bigger than ever.
Lightning Deals - Monday 25th - Monday 2nd December
There will be selected styles included in our lightning deals, these deals will last from 2 - 24 hours so you have to be quick to shop your favourites for even less.
Double Points - Saturday 30th - Sunday 1st December
During our Cyber Week weekend you can enjoy double points on all purchases. That's right, for a limited time you'll be able to earn while you spend.

Can I use my student discount during Black Friday?
Please note that additional discounts codes including student discount are not valid on sale items. Gift cards will still be available to use.
Will alternative payment options still be available? (E.g. Clearpay, Klarna)
Yes! Payment options will remain the same at checkout. These are varied per country so the options shown will apply to the country your shopping from. Check out alternative payment options here.
How long will deliveries take?
We will be working as fast as we can to ensure delivery is as quick as possible inside the time frames. Please note that all orders will be dispatched within 4 days however due to order volumes during this period we may be delayed.
For UK orders
DPD – up to 5 working days
DPD – Please allow 7 working days for delivery before querying your parcel
International
Delivery options available at checkout.

EU - Please allow 14 days for delivery before querying your parcel
Non EU - Please allow 10 days for delivery before querying your parcel
*Due to the fast paced nature of Black Friday we will not be able to amend any orders once they have been placed. If you need to change your order we advise you reorder and return any unwanted items.
Returns
Please wait 7 days from the date you hand in your return for confirmation of refund or exchange. Please note we only offer exchanges in the UK. We are currently running extended Christmas returns. Please check the returns section for more info on this.
